Hi, My name is Dr. Chez Redmond. I am an advocate, encourager, and teacher of mindfulness practices. I offer a variety of wellness services, including mindfulness and contemplative practices, yoga sessions, motivational coaching, as well as meditation and breathing techniques.
Often our minds try to keep us in routine and comfort thinking trying to protect us from healthy practices that keep us present. Sometimes daily habits keep us more focused on our stressors, more than we want or notice. I want to help others explore mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional parts of our lives that grows as we Create A Loving Mind (C.A.L.M.). I would love to connect with you through my blog, YouTube, or provide one-on-one practices and workshops. Please message me to connect.
I have a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and a Certificate in College Teaching. My experience comes from fifteen years as an educator, motivating first-generation students and providing training for student personnel working with disadvantaged groups. I have six years experience in mindfulness training from Palouse Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at Oakwood Springs Hospital, Mindful Self-Compassion Training from Naropa University, Basic Meditation Techniques Training for CEU Yoga Alliance Credits, and I am currently completing a 200 HR Yoga Certification Training to be completed in 2023.
